Joining Cambridge and ASEAN experts to discuss digital policy in Southeast Asia

On 16 October 2025, Noetic AI’s Founder, Zoi Roupakia, will join a panel discussion hosted by Cambridge Industrial Innovation Policy (CIIP) on “Policymaking for a More Resilient World: New Insights for Southeast Asia.”

The event marks the launch of four new policy briefs based on data from the Lloyd’s Register Foundation World Risk Poll, examining how public perceptions of risk can inform evidence-based policymaking across the region. The briefs address four critical policy domains:

  • Artificial Intelligence and public perceptions of risk

  • Digital trade and rising data concerns

  • Industrial policy and socio-economic resilience

  • Labour policies and workplace safety
