Noetic AI’s Founder, Zoi Roupakia, was quoted in Semafor’s latest feature on AI competitiveness and emerging innovation strategies.

In the article, Zoi discusses how DeepSeek R1, the open-source model developed in China, challenges traditional assumptions about AI leadership and the geopolitics of innovation.
